Residential, Office, and Commercial Cleaning
• $140 minimum charge, covering 3 hours of work
• $45 per additional hour
• $70 charge if Lules provides cleaning supplies
• Supplies include vacuum cleaner, mop, bucket, and anything else required for the job
*All prices quoted are per cleaning person
Post Construction / Move-In & Move-Out Cleaning
• $465 flat-rate covers one cleaning person and all cleaning supplies & equipment for 1 day (6-8 hours) to complete whatever the cleaner is able to do within the 8 hours
